Phase I: Assess & AnalyzeTo begin, an all-encompassing Business Booster Assessment is carried out to obtain a thorough understanding of all aspects of their business and market. After launching a call to lay the groundwork for communication and discussing our next steps, one of Acara’s expert consultants spends up to two days in the client’s market to meet the staff and familiarize themselves with the practice’s operations. We then identify competitors in the area and conduct visits to their facilities, assessing their services, client base, and pricing. A target audience and demographic analysis is also performed to discover the market’s potential for progress and growth.
A comprehensive brand evaluation is provided to each new Acara client. A detailed account of their online, social media and advertising presence is recorded to set a baseline for their brand and its development.
At Acara, we believe that obtaining an exhaustive understanding of each client’s operations, market, and branding is key to boosting business and enhancing the practice’s overall performance. To this end, we also review the client’s current organizational structure, assessing staffing and resource utilization, as well as human resource capability and culture. Phase II: Strategize & Plan
Once the Business Booster Assessment has been created, a forward thinking strategy and action plan can be put in motion. Working within the vision and goals of the client, Acara’s team presents a personalized action plan to promote streamlined efficiency within each practice’s approach to operations, sales and marketing.
The action plan is built to steadily drive leads and increase conversion of leads into clients. It includes a one-year sales forecast based on the practice’s projected growth, as well as industry benchmarked marketing metrics identifying the estimated return on investment (ROI) provided by Acara’s team of experts.
Phase III: Implement and Grow
The implementation phase is when Acara’s clients begin to see the results in the form of increased recognition, revenue, and profits. One of our expert consultants spends up to two days at the client’s location to conduct sales training and provide operational support. They also receive continued aid and encouragement throughout the implementation process with six coaching calls over the course of six weeks for status updates and further recommendations.
During implementation, a brand specific advertising campaign is designed and marketing tools are created. Print advertisements, point of purchase displays, press releases and branded e-newsletters are developed to improve connection with the client base and further drive the conversion of leads into clients. A consumer friendly PowerPoint presentation for use at an educational seminar is included as well. If applicable, Acara’s expert staff is also equipped to make recommendations on website, social media and search engine optimization (SEO) for further business boosting benefits.
