It is so incredibly difficult to juggle all of the tasks necessary to run a successful medical spa or cosmetic practice. You need to manage the marketing process to receive a continual flow of leads; the sales pipeline to insure that leads are converted to consults which are then converted to clients/patients; and your operation with all of the issues and concerns from Human Resource management to facility management and everything in-between.
In addition, it is the physician owner or manager’s job to keep the team motivated, excited and wanting to provide the highest level of customer service and clinical care possible. Goal setting and incentives can really increase your business and keep your entire team engaged in the process. Plus, as you get busier and people have to work harder, you will make more profit and it is important to reward your team for building your company’s profits.
